Car shows and HDR were staples in my early years of taking photography seriously, each lending itself to the other. The mechanical nature of automobiles and the way hdr post processing captures that had me attending every local car show. Setting my camera to capture bracketed frames, taking the phoros and processing them with programs like photomatrix, with results like this. Although this image is still one of my favorites of this era , post processing in black and white to highlight this muscle car engine and its chrome accents.
