Hello, and welcome to my website.
At the beginning of 2026, I decided to review my photography portfolio. It had been over 15 years since I began taking image‑making seriously.
Over the years I have enjoyed making all types of photography, landscape, still life, portrait and experimental. I would consider myself to be a generalist, in the hobbyist/enthusiast category.
I went through my entire body of work and divided it into six categories. Most of these were subject‑based, with the exception of my early work (pre‑2015) and my most recent projects.
I also realized I was tired of mowing other people’s lawns—spending time on social media platforms like Instagram, where they make billions while my photos disappear into feeds packed with advertising.
Paying just $4 a month here on WordPress.com is well worth it to have my own little corner of the web.

My project for the rest of this year is to create blog posts for each image, telling its story through my eyes.
